SFLI is committed to customer satisfaction, please review our return and refund policy:

• Immediately contact SFLI if you have any questions or concerns with your purchase.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• For defective items, please contact SFLI (see below) for a replacement or refund.
